THE CHALLENGE

Aligning Potloc with its Vision

​Potloc was evolving from a social media sampling provider to an all-in-one survey platform built exclusively for the leading consulting and private equity firms with a new focus on the US market.

After gathering internal and external feedback about the brand, we concluded that the previous brand looked and felt immature with fragmented touch points which made the new ambitious vision harder to achieve and scale.

We needed to realign the identity, messaging, and digital presence to match the precision and excellence our clients demand—building on the success and the brand equity the business had built over the past 10 years.

THE PROCESS

A Strategic Collaboration

This wasn't just a rebrand, it was a business transformation. Working closely with Potloc's founders, leaders, and key stakeholders, we developed a strategic brief that set the foundation for the new Potloc.

​From there, we partnered with Deux Huit Huit to craft the brand and website, and Burnwe to produce our videos, bringing the vision to life. Internally, we collaborated with the brand, product and HR teams to roll out the new identity across every touchpoint.

Every element of the brand was intentionally crafted to embody the essence of "Streamlined Performance", positioning Potloc as the default survey platform for leading consulting and private equity firms.

The visual identity broke away from industry sameness, while thought leadership introduced a new era of digestible "no B.S." content tailored to how our audience consume information. The new website clearly communicates our value, making it easier than ever for clients to understand what we offer. Meanwhile, refreshed sales collateral empowered our teams, giving them the tools to confidently engage and convert prospects.
